Heck you are doing great - I have not lost a pound in 3 months - not gained any either. I am disappointed to say the least. I am exercising and watching what I eat but the results just aren't there. I have a 10cc band with a 2.5 fill but I am still hungry. Anybody experienced this type of plateau? Banded in december - lost 21 lbs. I really thought I would be down 35+ lbs by now???

What will I be able to eat for protein if steak, roast, and pork are off limits. I thought moderation was the key issue and to chew very well?:scared2:
