Don't worry betsty you will get restriction soon enough!! Take it from me, I went to fast with fills and got food stuck and had to have it all taken out and believe me you don't want that it was terrible!!! Slow and steady really does win the race in this case!! 6.5cc seems to be my magic number to really feel something, it is different for everyone but you will get there!!!! =)
