  1. I use Jillian Whey Choc. Protein, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup 1% milk, 1 big scoop smooth peanut butter, ice and water. i blend mine and it makes one of the best protein shakes ever. For you, you will need to keep adding water so it is at the consistency to get down easy. I am out 3 1/2 years. I hated isopure. No matter how I tried to conjour it it still sucks.

    Yes I can do this. And I am gonna do this. I agree I need to up my protein. I cheat mostly I am using protein drinks 2x a day. I know that 12 in a month is awesome. But the last 2 wks my body fat is saying uh no don't leave me. LOL, But I will be the one to have the last laugh.

    Okay Here is a previous post: Today is Sunday Feb. 6, 2011, .1:00 pm I am down to 236.5 down 12.5 from 249 as of Jan 15, 2011. So excited. out of the 40's. This morning I had oatmeal with 1/2 tsp. of butter. Coffee (lots) with hazelnut creamer sprinkled with cinnamon. I have prob. 32 oz. of water with peach tea flavoring so far. At 2:00 i will have a Jillian Whey Choc. Protein shake with 1 cup of ice, 1/2 banana, 2 tbsp. of p.nut butter, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1/2 cup 1% milk and 1 cup of water. Put into my bullet blender and have a great protein shake. It is now 4:30 and I just had a big bowl of Healthy Choice Chicken Noodle. Lower Sodium (390 g). I am staying away from high sodium stuff it set me back a week ago today by 4 lbs. and it took me all week to get those 4 lbs off again. No more. Sip on 32 oz. water thru evening. around 7 tonight i will have a salad with johsonville salami snack bites (prob 4 or 5) slices up in the salad. i put lettuce, little onions, banana peppers, a few olives, cucumber, a few baby tomato's. dressing is homemade by my wonderful husband. Not sure but low fat, low cal. low carb. very little sodium. Another 32 oz water. Monday Feb. 7, 2011 Scale Shows 240!! Ugg. HOW!!! Today Feb 8, 2011 Scale Shows 239. What is going on. Am I eating too much. Am I eating all the wrong things. I drink 3 big styrofoam cups of water thru out the day (about 90 oz.) No snacking in between. I am almost ready to go back to liquids/mushies. Should I or What? Plz this is been my battle for the last 2 years and this makes me want to give up again. I want this to work this time. I have been doing so good (i thought).

    What kind of exercise are you doing?

    I hate to exercise. But, I decided today was the day that I wanted to start. I went to exercisetv.com walk a mile video. I did it. I was proud of myself. Maybe when I get this beat I can start other things. But, for now this hour I did it.
  5. Well i did 3 stool softeners and MOM last night. Was up at 5:30 this am and been going all day. Do not recommend this , my bottom is on fire. LOL. I did get some benefiber tasteless and put 2 tsp in my coffee this am, and put 2 tsp tonight in my supper coffee. I will try it for 2 weeks and if that does not work then I will try miralax.

    To be honest no I am 3 1/2 year out. Started out at 304. got down to 217. From april of last year to this past Jan 14 I gained 32 lbs (all my fault not eating right, junk food, sliders, etc.) got back on track as of Jan 15th and yes I chose to go back to liquids with small amounts of solids. Going slow with adding in solids this week. next week will add a little more. I am going back next week Fri to get a fill will ask for 2 of the 4 that was taken out.

    :D Well I got up this morning at 5:30 and bam here it came and all day everywhere I went it went with me to the bathroom, I even had to make my daughter drive over the speed limit one time to get to the potty fast, I mean fast, and man do I feel better. Felt like I lost 5 lbs. but I did not but I am at 238. And my rings are not swelled shut to my fingers. LOL. But I have to warn you all do not take stool softeners and MOM. It makes your well B--- stay on fire. I hope you all get a kick out of my post, gotta get you to laugh sometimes. Thank you all for all the info. I did get benefiber tasteless and I am gonna try that for 2 weeks and see if this will help me.
  8. I have a 10 cc band. I ask my doctor that same question last year,and he told me yes they could go over by 2cc. At that time I was up to 8.5 got sick had 4 cc taken out. So I am scheduled to go not this fri but next fri to get another fill. I am only gonna ask for 2cc, do not want to be sick again.

I am also adding this to my (ways to eat) personal cookbook that I have created in my documents. you are awesome did you know that. To take the time to post these daily for us.   10. Trust me I have posted from my frustration to my almost quitting this weight loss journey to my YAY's and it is here for all to see. I am sitting here in the comfort of my home and I may ask crazy questions, I may beg to see what someone eats for a week, I just ask how to POOP. LOL. Most everyone has had postive encouragement. I mean look at me I am 3 1/2 years started at 304 got down to 217 gained back up to 249 now 238. I have had nothing but good kind words. I even see where a few of us are even doing daily post to each other. Do not let one bad apple spoil all of us here for you. We are here to help each other. Come On, We Can Do This.     Did 2 stool softeners last night, nothing, got MOM this evening.here 2 1/2 hrs later nothing. no cramping,just pooting. getting worried a little.

    Thank you all for the info. I did take a big dose of the MOM. Here I am 2 1/2 hrs later and still no BM. UMMM getting a little concerned. No cramping, Just a little Gas. Finished off the last 16 oz of my water for the day.

    Breakfast: Oatmeal (instant) , coffee and hazelnut creamer , sprinkled with cinnamon Snack: Protein Drink 16 oz - 1 scoop choc Protein, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp. p.nut butter, ice and Water Lunch: 2 slices of turkey, with a slice of cheese and a slice of pickle on each and rolled up (this took me 30 mins. to get down) Snack: Handful of peanuts 160 cal. 100 mg sodium, 7 g protein, 5 carbs It is now 8:17 am to be honest I am not hungry so I am gonna pass on food. I did not drink anything with my meals. I have downed about 60 oz water. (I have 30 oz cup) BTW, have not pooped in 5 days, went to store a little while ago and bought MOM. Hope this works. Does this menu seem like a good menu. Do I need to make tweeks. Help a Nannie If Ya Can. Gotta get the skinny nannie out

    How funny we all are having this problem right now. I have posted this recently too. Most of the things I have read on here are good suggestions. Yesterday out of me being desperate I tried 2 tbsp. of epsons salts. did nothing but make me poot. (LOL). Took 2 stool softeners last night. This am with coffee in me; NOTHING. I broke down and just back from the store. I went and bought milk of magnesia (store brand 3 dollars cheaper). I just took a big dose and I also bought the benefiber tasteless stuff. I just put 2 tsp. in my coffee. If I do not go with this I guess I will go get an enema. LOL. Good luck.

    Thank you all for the info. I think I will try the milk of magnesia first today. And that benefiber tasteless thing sounds good. I have to admint, I am a coffeeholic. I never gave up my coffee. I drink 4 or 5 cups in the morning. and 4-5 cups at night.
  21. Okay just so you see my journey. Was at 236.5 yesterday. Weighed this am and up to 238. gained 1.5 overnight. Did not change my eating habits. Drank my water, etc. Rings are tight this morning. So I know how you feel, wish I could figure out why we overweight ppl retain water so much. It is okay cause it will come off this week.

  23. Lord Child you sound like me read my precious post. I gained 4 lbs overnight a week ago today. Got up sunday weighed 238, got up next morning gained 4. I thought what the heck. I too posted on here and got great responses. Water Weight. Water WEIGHT. I know this and forgot. I have stayed away from high sodium stuff. Read labels big time. Drinks lots of water. It took me all week to get that 4 back off, but as of today have lost another 1.5. Been doing this over 3 1/2 years. It is a battle but it will be so worth it. It may be a discouraging day, but this too shall pass. YOU CAN DO THIS. ONE HOUR AT A TIME, ONE DAY AT A TIME. :rolleyes:
  24. Hi all, okay. Started eating small again as of this past sunday 1/15/2011. As of today have lost 6.5. YEAH for me. But, I am starving. Today I had oatmeal and coffee (lots), lunch i had 1 slice of cajun turkey 1 pickle, banana pepper, 10 olives and poured a little ranch over it.was satisfied. at 4:30 i was starving, so went to starbucks got their ($4.24) chocolate banana protein smoothie. hit the spot. tonight i ate talipia, about 2 tbsp of homemade kraut. 1 tsp of banana peppers, 1 pickle with ranch over the fish. i am full and satisfied. I am gonna give this my best again. when u are self pay and it cost $120.00 to get a fill that is needed then i guess i am gonna try this on my own. wish me luck.

    Trying My Darnest!!

    I only have my oatmeal in the morning. And it is the maple and brown sugar. I know I know, but as we all know this is a life journey not a diet. So I am doing what works for me. I am just overjoyed at being down 12. 5 lbs in less than a month.
