Just checking up on you. Been a while since I have been on. I am having a hard time leaving my old ways behind. I have a bad day and my car seems to go on automatic pilot to taco bell. I have had 2 fills but still could eat a horse. I am down 28.

I had my first fill this week. Wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Hopefully it will help with the loss. He said I was doing well but to continue to workout. So are you getting in 64 oz of water a day? How do you manage that? I am drinking water but it is probably more like 32 oz a day. I am frustrated at how slow this is going.

Hey you. That's great that you're up and walking. I'm down to 263. It took me forever to get past the 265 mark. Jeez. But once I started forcing myself to drink a ton of water, then it started melting off. I get my fill on weds and i can't wait because i can eat just about anything. So I'm worried. Hows your eatting? What are you eatting?

How is it going? How are you losing? I am stuck at 18 for about a week. You would think it would just be falling off since I am eating 1/2 of what I used to eat. I have been starting to walk too, about 25 minutes every other day.
