I had a hernia repaired also which I didn't know I had too. But a gallbladder I can't believe you are walking around. I do feel much better today but I do not bend over because that hurts so not much cleaning going on here. Today the kids are coming back from my parents so tomorrow we will back full swing that is going to be a change. Today I had ricotta cheese with spaghetti sauce and then put it in the microwave for a minute. Yum. I am not a big yogurt fan so I don't know if I could do the cottage cheese thing.
Yesterday at 7'oclock I figured I had had only 350 calories and felt like crap. So on the way home I bought a peppermint shake and added some protein to it. I just needed something in me that I could drink. It was sooo good.
Today I also made black bean soup and cream of wheat. I wanted to go one full day without a shake I just needed a break.
I said I was going to get on the treadmill for 10 minutes but that didn't happen I'll try and do it tomorrow.
