After an entire life of being heavy, big boned, over weight, whatever nice way you can say just plain fat. I decisded to do something about it.  I have been on every diet on earth and never lost more than 5lbs.  So I searched the internet for a solution and I stummbled upon the My NewSelf Program.  I called and went to a meeting.  Then they contacted my insurance for me and found out I needed 6 mths of Diet Couseling in order to get approved for coverage.  So I did that and finally got that done in August.  I waited 6 weeks and then I finally got the approval letter.  I did my blood work the next week and then I scheduled my surgery.  I went on a liquid Diet the day I got my approval letter and I had lost 15lbs before the surgery.  Since I had the surgery I have lost 55lbs and counting.  It was a life saving event in my life and I hope this encourages someone to make the right decision for them.Wish me Luck!
