Hi Garry, Am back home safe and sound. Sam brought his lap top away with him so I wanted to put a note on as you and everyone had been so supportive thanks for everything you made my journey go so smoothly. ( I did ask Fredrick if you were on commission as you can't speak highly enough of them lol) They were everything you said, you did miss out one point though, that the pair of them are very attractive which was a bonus. It was great meeting all the other girls as we all got on so well and were a great support to each other. On one of your comments you said read back on the postings and everything you need to know is on there, It really paid off taking the time and effort to do this as I took everything that was needed. If anyone would like a list of things to take I will be happy to list it again. Well I am on my journey now and hope to do as well as you.

:w00t: Hi Garry and everyone who has sent good wishes. Just got back to the hotel. We are all 7 of us doing well. I was the last on the list so didn't get done till after 4pm. Leave the old boilers till last. Feel ok though bit tender at the moment but glad Sam is here with me for the suppoert and to do the fetching and carring. All 7 of us have got on well so we have all been looking out for each other. Will talk again next week as travelling tomorrow am.

Hi Jon, We arrived all in one piece. Jane is very calm. Met up with her on the Eurostar. She has gone out to check out where the hospital is. I am shattered only had 3.5 hours sleep last night. Just had loads going through my head. All,s well now. I'm sure Jane will keep you posted

One thing don't get too thin remember too skinny looks worse than too fat and boys love curves. ps Your lucky to have such a wonderfull and caring mum cherish her. Ok Garry Have done that let see if it works if it does you will get the stats I am 5ft 6in and 15. 10 lost 3lb on pre diet sugested weight loss for me is to get to 10.5 haven't been that since I was in my 20's would probably be a size 12 at that am squeezing into a size 18 not quite 20 (well maybe in areas!!!) lol Not sleeping great worried about trains, then the op and trying to avoid getting the flu or some other germs:scared2: Going to have a bacon sarnie haven't had one for ages but not likly to have one for a long while.

Hey Garry, I have created a tracker from the Ticker Factory as seen on your messages but how do I get it onto these messages. I haven't worked that one out wether I have to paste it each time or whether there is a way it will automatically go on each time I post a messsage? Hi Sharon, We have had very little snow here but enought to disrupt the trains and euro star were running reduced services again today. I had an email from them today to say it should be back to normal after tomorrow but to go on line wed to check. If all goes acording to plan we should arrive around 4pm ish. Hi mmm Thanx for that info, I have to admit I am a bit like you, she went on fat club and big brother trying to revive her career, and lets face it she has enough money that she could have gone to a private hospital anywhere but it has done it's job as we are talking about her!!! as for being a size 14 that is great I will be happy at that it's been a long time since I was that size. Hi SharonT I was given the same info as you 8pm so we shall see. I have just asked Garry a few questions he's the the man with all the answers. We'll look out for each other. I also hope the weather doesn't play up and cause havock with the Trains. We have had a whole 2 inchs of snow here and everything ground to a halt!!! I have just spoken to friends tonight who live in Mansfield and they had 14 inches. She has only just dug her car out. How is your pre op diet going? I have been really struggling, I'm finding it really hard to get on track since Christmas.

I know I shouldn't have but I read Ann Diamonds blog have you seen it, she said she was operated on in Belgium, and they put the band around her asophagus instead of the stomach, and it was a real cock up. She also ranted on at how they didn't speak very good English ect, Well I know you Speak highly of the service. Do you know who did her op? Please say it wasn't Dr Chris!!!

Hi Abbey78, I know how you feel there are so many different places. I don't know the Hospital group. I chose Dr Chris De Bruyne because after doing a lot of research he had had no mortalaties and out of over 4000 operations had only had two with complications and they had complications before he operated on them. If you go to Belgium with him its Euros 4150 but you have traveling expensis and that doesn't include after care that is £100 per visit but you see him in this country or Ireland. A lot of people have used WLS the price list and web page is Weight Loss Surgery Group - Price list you have to make your oun decisions where you would feel happier. I am thinking of having my follow up care with WLS group as they do a good package as I said before. I would say though that 8000 seems a lot. If you read back on the post there is a lot of information from the bandsters

Hi Lil, When are you going to see Dr Chris. I am going on the 14th of Jan and my husband is going with me, if it is the same time the men could keep each other company. I know there is an age difference but my husband is good company and also Irish (don't know that that is such a good idea 2 Irish men let loose in Belgium ha ha) apparently the Campanile is in a small town but it has a square with restaurants and bars.
