Hello Everyone! Haven't posted anything till now, just reading and taking in everything everyone is saying. Been a member and reading for the last 5-6 months - this seemed to take forever to reach this point. Everything seemed to be set a month apart. I go tomorrow for an extended 3 hour pre-surgical nutrition then pre-admission tests after that. My surgery date is 4/21 lots of emotions all at once, but after 45 years of being overweight. Chubby uniforms, bigger sizes, just seeing and hearing the people at the support group meetings is Awesome! It'll be great to just not carrying all this weight around! Lots of effort to put forward, but I can see that light now. Good luck to everyone!
