Hi - I could really use a band buddy in Moreno Valley/Riverside, CA. My first band was never connected correctly, so I had it re-done. I have lots of little questions from time to time that I could use some help with. I have lived in Moreno Valley since 1973. Been happily married for 14 years and have 2 dogs. Volunteer 2 mornings a week in the office at the church where I attend. Love to read and enjoy doing weight lifting, but haven't done much exercise lately. Would like to get on track again. Can you get Zoloft in liquid form? I had to do that with some of my meds that I were unable to take after being banded. Terry

Hi. I love, love, love the Isopure zero carb bottles of Protein. 40G of protein for a 20 oz bottle. 160 calories. My favorite is Grape Frost. It is different tasting than the shakes. Give it a shot. WOW - me too! A couple bites and that is all I can eat and I get hungry. I can drink OK. I was banded Dec. 13. Actually, it was a revision (i think that is right). First time thru the tube wasn't connected or came undone, so he removed that band and gave me another one. If all I am eating is a few bites, shouldn't the weight be just falling off?? I have lost 23 lbs and I do eat healthy. I can only eat so much. 2 or 3 bites of cottage cheese, yogurt, whatever. I thought this was how it was supposed to be.

I'm not sure what a band buddy really is, but maybe we could be band buddies long distance. Just someone to talk to. Whatcha think? Terry
