Enjoyed reading your response to my post about the Brownie, and OMG it was a cake one too with walnuts, should have chunked it out the window, but I could not. I usually can not tolerate bread, but now problem with that baby! I did real good today, got back on track and going to stay there as long as I can~ I really want that 100 lbs gone! Even tho if I stopped right now, I would be happy with 82 in 8 months! But I am going to press on! Look forward to hearing from you again soon.

Hello
Thanks for the friend request. I am 32 and 17 days post op. I'm feeling great. I just feel tender in the area where the port went in through. Other wise it wasn't too bad. The first 2 days I was in a lot of pain. I have been very bad though.:cursing: I am not following the diet the doctor gave me. I haven't had any adjustments yet and am having trouble stcking it out. I am scheduled to have my first adjustment on the 22nd, so I am hoping that will help me get a grip. I am not over eating anything and I'm not eating everything I want. I just pick at things that I shouldn't. My starting weight was 238 and I am 226 now so I am still making progress. Anyway, Tell me about yourself. TTYL.:rolleyes2:

I have taken steps to begin my journey, and I can't wait to get to my destination. My starting weight is 238lbs and my goal weight is 145lbs. Watch me as I get it done.
