Hello All,I had my surgery on December 4, 2009 at 7:30 am and I was in a room by 10:10 am. I have to say I was in some pain and the nurse gave me medication. I go up walked 30 laps around the nurse's station through out the day. Once is was time to go to sleep that's when the problems starting. I could not get comfortable. I got very little sleep. At 4:30am I could not stand it anymore I had to get up and walk. The walking made me feel better. I had a lot of gas. Another issue I was worried about was I was not able to urinate and I was concerned they were going to have to put in a catheter. Finally the next day I was able to urinate. Once this happened I started feeling so much better.
