She is so excited!!! We are talking on phone and net a lot. Kadie went to Mexico to do her lapband. Kadie will be in hospital for two days. And return home late Monday night.

I am not sure. I will ask her.

My friend went to be banded on this sat and she made it through it all. She called me from Mexico and she says it's not worth it yet.LOL! Her left side is killing her. She is in a lot of pain and meds not helpping. I will keep you all posted. :thumbup: I can't wait to be banded.

Can you send me all of the information that you know about lap band? Please. I am trying to do it now. I have done the seminar and I have a doctors appt on the 15th of Jan. I want to have it done feb-april but I do not know if I can get it that soon. I want to know about what foods to eat before and after. I want recipes. I want to know what it is like before and after. I want to know can I loose weight. I mean anything you can think of. How do I keep track of food on here? How do I read labels for me afterwards? :tt2:I am so happy. I do hope monday goes well. I am going to Paris in March for my bday.Plus I am getting banded for my bday before or after. My 3 friends are going 2. 19th 2 the 28th.

I go for my first doctors visit on Jan 15th. I have done my seminar. I need to do many more important vists I am sure. I just hope I can gain the encourgement to stay away from bad foods for me. It is so hard to break a lifetime pattern. I have started drinking once in awhile the atkins drinks and some protein bars and watching my carb intake. It is very hard for me as I do not like the taste of things so far, but I thought if I start now I will grow to like it somehow or be use to drinking and eating bars when time to liquid diet for 2 weeks and than afterwards even. I wanted to start writing now before I got to far into the doctors visits so I can use my writings to keep me strong when feeling I cannot make it anymore...:tongue2:
