I lost 11 pounds that I know of, but I haven't been to the Dr. since 1 week post-op.

I was banded 3 weeks ago. How much should I be able to eat at this point?

I have been a geriatric nurse for 5 years. Currently working towards becoming an R.N.

I am on mushies. but feel like I can eat anything. I feel like I am never full. I am not on o protein shake. which shake do you suggest?

I had lap band 11 days ago. I think I am starving to death. The Dr. says its too soon for a fill. Any suggestions?
