i love peeps. i think i need a support group. I even find it fun to make a cup of realy hot cocoa and watch them melt. i'm going to see if i can have a totally cadbury egg free spring season... dinner was ok - had a glass of sangria and maybe 3/4 of a cup of the chicken giadino minus pasta. Man those size 2 waitresses at the olive garden look at you kinda funny when you say no pasta please. =) I'm trying to get my cat to hop on the elliptical for me but he's not being cooperative. guess that means i have to do it my dang self..... i better stop surfin and get a sweatin.... Nyte friends!

So after a completely craptastic morning i thought i would run to taco bell for some beans and call it lunch. then i stopped at walgreens for some mindless retial therepy. and there were the easter packages of peeps... got a couple of boxes to mail to a friend and a package for me. thought i could open the pack and eat one peep. NOPES. 3 bunnies down! I just threw the last lonely peep away because i knew i couldnt resist. Now we're going out with the gals for dinner and i could SO use a drink or 2 .... i'm thinking of skipping out or just getting the soup... can i be strong after my peep episode??

i bought several this year too. i've been doing surprizingly well! i have a sleeve of the shortbread in the pantry and they never lasted more than a day before. I have them at work and everytime my coworker across the aisle starts to have a thermal breakdown i fling a sleeve at her. its nice to see someone else (skinny) eat them and not me.

So at todays Panera Lunch adventure - i thought I would step away from my CNSA* and get something else. Ordered the Fji apple Chicken Salad. Sounded fabulous. Fuji Apple Chicken All-natural citrus-herb chicken, field greens, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, pecans, gorgonzola cheese, apple chips & our white balsamic Fuji apple vinaigrette. Got to work with my salad (and yes bowl of soup - someone find me a support group please! - wanted a back up plan in case i didnt like the salad) and was all excited. The apple vinegrette was Delicious!! Then I noticed something was missing in my Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. No Chicken for me!! :omg: Now above the salads it says something like you can always add chicken to your salads for protein blah blah. Well i didnt ask for it special becuase it was ya know in its title and salad description! So picked at it a little, had some of the apple crips and yup had the soup. *CNSA: Chicken Noodle Soup Addiction. CNSA-Anonymous meeting to be held Sunday.

Maybe we should have a pedometer thread where we log our daily steps? I'd have to buy a new one - and well stop dropping it into toilets...

i am currently suffering from a Panera Chicken Noodle Soup addiction. i know most of my calories should come from food and not soup but I can't help myself. i LOVE it and would probably go there every day but my DH would get a little freaked by all the 3.70$ withdrawls on my debit card so i try and not be a panera chicken soup stalker. So Panera works for me. :heh: There is a Panera in naperville - one is on 59 but before the fox valley madness by the Harlem furniture Route 59 740 North Route 59 Aurora, IL 60504 (630) 820-1030 | phone Should we try something still suburban but closer to the city? Are you guys more off a particluar highway? should we get something close to 55 or one of the 290/4 highways?

Happy Anniversary JimBoss! Hoppe ur not in the airport for too long Jessica! Oh Raynie I hear you on the eatting to fast. Had my first duma$$ moment in a long time tonight. Got home around 7 - forgot to take the backway and got stuck in the stupid city crawl of traffic. Then I was eating, kinda listening to my Dh on the phone with his folks and playing with the cat. The next thing i knew i had this horrible feeling in my chest and i knew what i had done. looked at the 1/2 peice of chicken left on the plate and tossed it. grrr. now to just wait it out i guess. dont know if a hot bath will do anything but off to unpack and soak. Tomorrows back to work yip o yipppee. Shoudl have signed up for a 2 day class.

first real chicken stuck experience happened to me about an hour ago. just got home from a business trip - made a chicken breast while the DH was on the phone with his parents. I was eating, kinda listening to their convo and playing with the cat. The next thing i knew i had this horrible feeling in my chest and i knew what i had done. grrr. now to just wait it out i guess. I'll make some tea in a few....

i bought the 4 pack of ready to drink lean muscle formula - 230 calories and 22 g ofprotien. Mornings are hard to pack breakfast and get to work so i like having a shake ready in case the snooze button got the best of me. I'm not sure if I liked the MM. maybe it needed to be colder...

You'r right Dani - I bought new pants for work last weekend (don; know exacly why i didnt wear ay last week but...) and it was the first time in YEARS where i wasn't in the dressing room hating myself! Have you heard that new song by some guy (wow vague) where he sings about his new shoes and suddenly everything feels right? I've been singing it all day but changed shoes for jeans! hmmm but some shoe shopping might be good around now tooo.....

Hi friends Hope you had a good weekend! i've been loving all of the sunshine this weekend. even tho its still about 18* out side. Picked up a 4 pack of the muscle milk light. figured I would try it if I got my tuckuss up inthe AM to work out. i wasn't going to buy it since i have ALOT of protein powders but i couldn't resist. has anyone else thought of buying things in smaller sizes for next year? Kohls has their columbia jackets on sale for 60% off - i stood and debated for what seemed like EVER today on whether or not I should get one in a L for next winter. My 1xl is swimming on me now but I'm optimistic that winter's on it way out.... Still may swing by there during lunch tomorrow... Well i better get on that elliptical... Have a great rest of the weekend! Sonia
