the process as far as what? as far as how things have been its a learning and lifestyle change. The trying to eat small amounts to not drinking till a hour after you have eaten to what do you eat. For example I CANT EAT ANY WHITE BREAD, BUNS OR ROLLS I immediately bring it back up. Cornbread and whole grain bread I might eat 1 slice. But I would'nt change it for the world.

So I get my fill today so depressing to learn I gained 2lbs and according to Dr. Office scale only lost 9lbs. So far I have a total of 4.5 cc's in my band. He wants me to wait 3months for fill #3 no way I said so he said two months. I said ok schedule it but Im sure Ill be back in 1month. My Dr. is cool but way to conservative. My sister was banded in Texas and 5cc was put in her band at the time of banding.

thanks. I just waited on my approval and I immediately stop drinking soda and i did my pre op diet for 1 week only and had lost 10 pounds within a week. Also do a lot of reading this site and other things on the internet about things you will need to do to be successful and I promise the benefits are well worth it. I ALSO bought me some index cards and on them I wrote down the benefits of me being lean and when im not following my diet or getting frustrated i look at them. for example i have my health, my daughter, better sex, no more plus sizes, etc etc.

wow i would be upset to wait every two months for a fill. I get one every 3 to 4 weeks and my doctor insists. I think you should insist every month as well its included with what you have paid. 15 pounds is great its just two months . keep getting the fills and yes get to walking i lose from doing just that.
