25 years of yo-yo dieting was enough for me. ive always been able to take weight off, but keeping it off was another story. im confident that with lapband, i will finally be able to keep the weight off and live the healthy lifestyle i want. im very active in the gym, running, yoga, etc., but never was able to attain my full potential because of my weight. 2010, here i come.
