My first doc appt was december 18th and already lost my 12 pounds they told me to did almost everything already so there uping the rest of my meeting so i can get into the committee meeting the first week in february so hopefully sometime in march i will be banded. they said. do you ever go to the oneonta support groups

well today i weighted myself and ive lost 7 pounds i have to lose 5 more pounds thats my pre op wieght anyway .

for sure doctors come first in advise the support cant get any better its hard to talk to people who dont have the band or try to talk you out of it but i tell them its what i need to do to feel better about myself. my family is all for it.

i know exercising is a big part of losing wieght after suregry, im going to have have some lose skin. can you give me some pointers on what you did to help tighten up. im lost when it comes to that stuff by the way you look awsome keep up the good work.

when did you have your band done. i live up state as well delaware county ( walton) i dont have a date yet still have more visits with doctors yet im siked about it thow i only have 12 pounds to lose ive lose 6 lbs already its nice to see other upstaters on here. i cant even express all the support on this website its a wonderful thing. good luck with you success keep in touch.
