Hi Beena, I can recommend Ray Mc Henry At Endosurgery At Mulgrave or Wantirna. I had surgery at knox , But all my suport is at Mulgrave. Pre op is painful. 2 weeks of Optifast Products ,That are aimed to Reduce the size of the liver to aid surgery.( and you loose a bit of wieght ) The operation is Nothing, your asleep. Post Op can range from Minor discomfort for some people ,too major pain for others, The scaring is usuallt 4 small 10 mm cuts and one 70 mm cut . These are ugly at first but like your wieght ,they will fade with time. Sucsess will depend on the individul. Like good wine it takes time. So what are you waiting for......... Mark :clap2:

Just Yesterday, The Herald Sun paper reported that off all the regional Victorian towns Geelongs Medium house prices had increased the least by a long way. Cant exactly remember how much though. I now have a dull pain in the port area, The port does not feel the same shape as before i have some pains similar to the surgery GAS pain and tonight i seem to be able to eat more at dinner without the same feelings , a lot more. Hurry go and get some VLCD dietry suppliment or Optifast ??? And see your doctor and get some duramine( apetite supressent ) Or methamphetamine ( speed ) . you should be able to loose at least 10 to 15 lbs every week. It ALL worked for me. Mark:)

Hi Guy,s Just got back from nearly 3 weeks of holidays. Hawaii, Los Angeles and Vegas it was fantastic. I ate like a pig and stuffed in as much as i could. When at dinner with friend i quietly went to the restrooms half time and had a purge then went back to the table and continued. No one was the wiser. When we returned home. (So glad to be home.) TOTAL WIEGHT GAINED , No, No , -0.5 of a kilo I couldnt believe the scales. I lost 1/2 a KG . Normally a holiday would be a gain of 5 or 10 kg. I,m a happy old soul. Mark.

Hi Sussanah, Yes i do remember you, I hope you are well. Vegas was good, we went to hooters, coyote ugly bar ,54 , ect. And had a wild time. I was always asking for double shots of vodka in my Red Bull, but i did not relise the shots in USA are double what ours are, So as you can imagine i can noremember halve of the nights.I didnt chuck though. There is no place in the world i have seen yet that has clubs better than Melbourne. London, Tokyo,LA ,Miami, Spain,and Turkey. Anyways i hope you celibrate hard to make up for lost opertunities. Hi rose, I hope you are well . ??? I recently had another fill and i am starting to feel a change in the amount i can now eat. So i am now feeling that the band is worth the changes in the WAY i have to eat. Although my weight has not really changed much since Pre Christmas. Mark:)
