Hi! my name is Michelle i'm 33, and I had the lap band done in November 2007. I didn't get big until I have my first child and after that I couldn't get my weight off. So I went in and had Dr Ronnie Keith out of Norman,Ok do my lap band I have been really struggling on how to loose my weight. I have only lost 30 pounds and I am having trouble on what I should do for breakfast and replace my soda with another drink. so I thought I would joining lapband talk so maybe some some of you could give me advice on what I should do. thank you  and I will be looking forward in talking with you....Thanks
