What can I say. Im fat! I dont have self esteem problems. I still feel pretty and feminine even carrying 270 pounds but I have a two year old and I dont have the energy to play with her. Im worried about my health. I have over the last ten years gained and lost the same 50 pounds 10 times and the thought of losing and regaining the weight again depresses me.
