the artificial sweetners trigger migraines for me, we just recently, after many years of suffering figured this out! I'm not using stivia or sun crystals (which i prefer) - it is stivia and cane sugar. I have not gotten the sleeve yet, just made the decision two weeks ago. I have an appt. with my doctor after the first of the year and hope to have it done in early spring!! Will sun crystals be a no no?? :thumbup: 5 calories per packet.

I love Water, fresh lemon or lime, a slice or two squeezed, just not toooo much....and a packet of sweet 'n low or the new sun crystals. It's the only way I can drink a lot of water!! I discovered this about ten years ago!! It's refreshing and has some taste.....oh, and ice of course!

Linda, I am either going to do the sleeve or lap band. After talking to someone in Dr. James Davidson's office today, I'm leaning towards the sleeve. How do you like your doctor? I do NOT have one yet. I am a Native Texan but live in WI. I am coming to Dallas to have surgery. I'm self pay and it is very expensive here. Lap band is 18k - 25k!!! Anyway, let me know how you like Dr. Nicholson, I just book marked his web page, so far he and Dr. Davidson look the most promising! Thanks, you look great! Stacy

Has anyone ever used Dr. James Davidson in Dallas? He has a cash pay lap band pkg. for $9500. Any feed-back would be appreciated!!
