My husband has the same problem but chewable and gummi Vitamins are fine for him and the lower dose kids vitamins with 2 taken spaced out helps as well. (And the Vitafusion gummi ones are crazy good!) -

Ha! Yes...it was nowhere near flat to begin with- but now I have a kitten sized lump that has the misfortune of looking like a third boob. Thanks for the help, nice to know I'm not the only one and that it should go back into hiding eventually. -

I'm over in Chandler- I used WLIA and everything went fine. Wishing I could get right back in to the exercising since I feel great; except the series of tiny holes in me! You up to mushy food land yet?

So I hit the WLIA support meeting tonight- not so bad, and grabbed a few tidbits out of it. Might take the lazy route and watch them online though

Bah! Your surgery is 2 days before mine or I'd be able to tell you more. I have a small hiatal hernia that is being repaired during the lap banding. How bad are your current symptoms and did you have a recent EGD?

Do you go to the WLIA support meetings? I'm pondering hitting one and curious if they were worth the time
