hi...just read you most recent blogs and i loved them. I know what you mean about the "poop weighing"" dry dry chicken" and "slime=shower".

I have been stuck at the same weight for the last 4 months... not the bands fault. Lack of motivation and a little saobotage on my part.... i have a new goal for this year. loose 33lbs by my sept Bday.

How is you new veigan diet going?
