Was wondering if my June 30th Sleevers could tell me what a typical food day is for them. Wondering if I'm eating too much. Thank you

Surgery date is June 30th, looking for a buddy near Lakewood, ca (it's near Long Beach). Would love to have someone to talk with or even meetup for walking.

June 30th, the surgery itself was great, I was teasing my Doctor and Nurses telling them are you sure you gave me surgery I was feeling really good ( I'm sure the pain Meds helped lol...I only took the Meds for one day at home and have be walking an average of 5.000 steps a day. Now for the liquid diet, that is a whole other story, I'm only 4 days out, but the 4th of July has not helped things, I'm not hungry but dealing with the mental part of smelling the BBQ and watching all my friends and family eat and drink has been a challenge. I have decided to stay in a little more than usual at least until I can start soft foods. I wish everyone the best!!!!!

June 30th surgery, 3rd day post op, physically feeling great, a little sore but that's it. However woke up this morning very depressed, not sure if it's all the parties I had to turn down, bbq's etc... I don't feel hungry just a bit sad, hope this feeling goes away soon

Tomorrow is our day, good luck to all the June 30th Sleevers. I have to be at the hospital at 5:30 am, 7:30 am surgery.

My WLS is on June 30, I have been on my Pre-Op since Monday not so bad, but next week will be a different story with 3 Protein drinks and water only for seven days lol... Good luck to all the June 30th peeps , let's support each other I'm in the Lakewood, ca area anyone else around me?

I'm on July 1st, had LapBand done in 2010 and had a very bad experience, had to get it removed. Have done a lot of research on the sleeve, but still very nervous.

I was banded on 12/11/09 with Dr. Ortiz in Mexico, great expeirence, great surgeon. He is at the OCC look him up he is great.

I'm a low BMI of 32, I got banded on 12/11/09 and have lost 9 1/2 pounds since the surgery. I start solid foods in two days and am a little nervous that I might start overeating. I do think we loose slower but as you can see we do still lose. Good luck, it is worth it.
