Hey Dawn, thanks for the birthday wishes . . . it was a good day. My friends took me to a movie last night and I was worried, but made it through by taking in my yogurt and applesauce. The popcorn smell didn't bother me...very surprised about this.

Sorry to hear about the hernia, and no doubt has slowed down your recovery a lot. Yep, probably a bit too early for the lean cuisine, and yes, you (and me too) will learn...so please don't say "never learn" ! Are you using the GasX for bloating? Maybe that will help....I haven't had any nausea, but did have the gas, which GasX took care of....a little shoulder pain, but not much....only had one dose of pain medication once I got home....so the soreness has been bad to deal with, but has almost gone away.
