Thanks for the compliment. I do work out a lot. I try for 5-6 days a week (a mixture of cardio and weights and 1 day with a trainer), but i usually winds up being 3-4. Depends on what I have going on during the week. I wrote a blog on what my diet/exercise is like, so if you're interested, check it out. I'm by no means an expert, just detail what has worked for me thus far. Good luck on your journey!
