Need help with what I can eat in week 4!!!

:crying:I was going to make tomatoe with red pepper soup tonight for the fam. (no cream) Should I eat this? How much? I am in week 4 and I have done ok with solids but just wondered how much soup I can have. I have not had a fill yet.
