Hello Everyone, My surgery is set for December 8th, and I'm on day 2 of the liquid pre-op diet. This is the first time that I've ever posted on any website anywhere! It's appropriate that it should be here, now, when so many experiences will be new ones. I've read most of the postings from the original thread, and I'm so happy to count myself among this very cool, enthusiastic, supportive, and generous group of people! I'm nervous and scared like many of you. However, we can help each other along the way, and I'm looking forward to being part of that. Illumination lady, I hope you are having an easier time now living without the cigs. Remember, this won't be new forever.
