I have not had a fill in over a year. I have had a hysterectomy and a couple of procedures on my knee which stopped me from being able to exercise. I have gained alot of my weight back and I was doing so good. I go in to get a fill on the 22nd after one year. Do you think this will jump start my weight loss journey again? I need some advice. I am feeling really fat and ugly again.
