Hi my name is Kathy and Yes 90 pounds since June 29 OMG this band is saving my life. I have had three fills and I am as full as I have ever wanted to be. I have always been a good dieter. But as you know this is not like a diet. I am Like an over achieve if you will. I have made many mistakes with the band but I have also learned how to manage my food intake in a healthy way. I feel if you want to be little you must eat like a little person. Just remember protein first and no liquids at meal times that was the hardest thing for me to learn.
