Same thing happened to me, I asked my friend Brandy who had this surgery 1.5 years ago she gained 9 pounds in the hospital and then she said two weeks later it all melted away. I know it is from the IV's and the surgery, Brandy said as long as we stick to the plan we will be fine. I am having an issue with all the diet stuff I don't do well with sweetners they give me a headache. I can have carnation instant b-fast shakes with no added sugar. I also had broth and some skim milk. I just really dont want to eat which i guess is the whole point of all of this. I really do feel good tonight, when do you plan on starting to work out?
