I started my process in July of 09'. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. When i finally got down to a size 10 i got pregnant and gained 70 pounds. I also gained with my second pregnancy and before i new it i was 296 pounds. i was up and down 20 pounds for the last 5 years. i finally decided i needed to take control of my life and i needed a "tool" to help me get there.I am not an over eater. I don't love sweets. I was a fast food junkie. I was away from home 12 hours a day because of my job. i went to burger king, McDonald's, dunkin donuts, wendy's, you name it. i ate at those places 3 times a day.I didn't have any medical issues what so ever. but how long was that going to last? my doctors just could not believe i hadn't anything wrong with me. I am very active. i love to work out and do all kinds of sports. Here i am now, just got my surgery Nov 17, 2009. i was extremely sore the first couple days. its been almost 2 weeks and i feel 100%! i can start my walking slowly and incorporating my protein which im very excited about. So far, So good!
