Shake the container it probably fell to the bottom! In general they are about 2 tablespoons.

How long can you go between meals? How large are your meals. What are you eating. You should expect at restriction to be able to go 4-5 he's before you feel hungry. The band isn't meant to make you never feel hungry.
-
1/4 cup is unrealistic. An adult will be hungry even a bandster on that much food.
-
Have you had any fills? Until you get restriction from fills you can eat larger portions than what is good for weight loss. My doctor says to weight out 3 oz of protein. Then eat low cal veggies until satisfied. Early on in your journey you will still feel hungry. That's why it's called Bandster Hell.

You need to weigh/measure portions. Just cause you can eat more doesn't mean you should. That's why this period us called bandster hell.

How do you prepare tuna?

Low fat laughing cow cheese. -
2 years out and still more gassy than before. High protein diets do cause more gassiness. Is that a word?

My nutritionist said time of day isn't as important as what you eat. In her opinion when you eat later you tend to be hungrier, choose foods that can be prepared fast which tend to be less heathy.

I was unemployed and then working from home so my clothing situation was horrific! When I got a job and I had to go to the office everyday I had to buy 5 pair of pants because everything I had was from like 100 lbs ago. Keep in mind I was 1 of those people who said that they would never ever ever buy clothes from a second hand store. Now it's where I buy most of my clothes. I would look for store located in 1 of the wealthier town or nearby because they have the best clothes. I also find the store Savers to be very organized and very clean and enjoyable to shop in. Last week I bought a fleece jacket Lands End for 5 dollars A Talbots wool sweater for 5 dollars and a pair of corduroy pants for a $1.29. Conversely as you're losing get rid of your fat clothes and donate them to 1 of the stores. Places like savers will give you a coupon for donating so you can take that and get money off the clothes you're buying!

I'm in southern New Hampshire I had my surgery done by Dr Brahms at Lahey. Very happy with my aftercare I normally see Pamela O' Brian who is a nurse practitioner.
-
I would call around hospitals and ask them for self pay prices. While I did not have my surgery at Elliot hospital in Manchester, NH I've read on their website that they do have cash pay prices that are lower then if you were to go through a health insurance company.

Okay I have very little knowledge about cycling clothes. Read that as none. Could you try something made by Under Armour? I've seen several knock off brands as well as Under Armour at TJ Maxx and Marshalls. I know Under Armour is meant to be worn very tight and close to the skin. Those might be cheaper then buying cycling clothes during your interim sizes.

For those on there post op liquid I might be less concerned about the fat content.. But for those of us who are healed I would stay away from 10 grams of fat per serving. Pacific brand soups some are low in fat and taste very good.

If you can fit a banana in your calorie count they are also high in potassium. As for being on a water pill for a long time my mother has been taking them for 30 years.

Please understand I'm not trying to be mean spirited. I would buy a roasted chicken at the grocery store maybe some frozen dinners and tell your son he needs to make his own food for the next 2 weeks. Get him some Cereal and yogurt maybe bagels for breakfast and he'll be fine. When I was eleven my father died and my mother went into such a deep depression she didn't cook for 6 months. If my sister and I could live through that your son can make it for 2 weeks. Again I'm not trying to be mean I just think at 14 he'll be able to take care of his own meals for 2 weeks.

Took me 6 months to get restriction.

Slaw with mayo in my opinion would be a slider. Very slick. I would ask to sub beans of some kind.

Do the math. For it to be fat you'd have to have eaten over13,000 cals yesterday.

6 business days and 2 weekends so a total of 10 recovery days.

band hadn't been filled yet!!!
honk replied to alknva's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I would find out when your doctor plans for you to have your first fill. But no it's not uncommon that you haven't had 1 yet. Also I'm not trying to be a downer but don't expect your first fill to do anything. It might take you several fills to feel any restriction it took me 6 months. -
While I wait for the nurse to call....

It can take up to 2 weeks for a fill to take affect. You may need a very slight infill like .2 CC's. -
I do an hour plus of moderate to intense cardio at the gym 7 days a week. Bought used Xbox 360 and new Kinect. Have tried zumba and Dance game and they are an INTENSE workout. 3/4 through Zumba class the machine asked "Do you need a break?". I guess I slowed down to much!
