Was diagnosed with Diabetes, but I already have high blood pressure with high cholesterol....time to get healthy.  Hopefully this will help.  Have had weight issues for most of my life. I now have a beautiful Great Granddaughter that I want to be able to spend some time with....and be able to take her on her first motorcycle ride.  My husband and I do target shooting and he already has plans for the great grand-baby to join us when she is big enough to hold her first rifle.
