Hey girl. After only one fill bread became an enemy! Lol! A good tip is to eat your sandwhich open face and to only eat the bread if it is toasted really well. I know it sucks! At least the small portions is working! :w00t: -

That's scary! I haven't tried it or pasta since the band. At my hospital, throughout, the WHOLE process they kept telling us to avoid them at all cost. I always get tempted, but have been scared to try. Sounds like a plan to stay away! Glad you are doing better!

Do you have any other factors besides weigh like high blood pressure or sleep apnia (i can't spell)? Or joint problems? If you do you can play those up. Or if your bmi is over 40. Keep trying. I'm so sorry :thumbup:

Hi!!! OMG we are on the same page. Banded Dec 10th got pregnant Jan 14th! LOL ...I had real mixed feeling too at first, I was so focused on the weight lose that I was really down I was going to have to start gaining. But, now I am loving it, and know that I will be able to lose it again. I am 13wks and still am losing. The doc said its normal and the baby is looking great. Take care and congrats! Ps keep me posted! Pps I have a friend on here who is preggers too....so this should be fun to stay posted!

Girl it is not all in your head. The band is in place, but once the swelling goes down there is no restriction until it has been filled. So, yes you will still not be able to eat a lot, but of course you will be hungry at times. For me I didn't get a fill for 6 wks and it was hard...not as hard as before the band, but not easy. Now, it's great! :tongue: Don't worry it will get better.

Hi! Thanks for asking. The baby is doing great, me on the other hand....LOL I have had super bad morning sickness. I throw up at least 3 times every morning, but then by afternoon I am great. So at least it doesn't last long. And the 3 month mark is coming at the end of the week, and the morning sickness should start to stop by then, I'm told (I pray that's right)! But, besides that I am good. I found a 3d sonogram place that can determine the sex of the baby at 15 weeks instead of 20. So I can't wait for that!
See if the baby is gonna be Khloe or Timothy 3rd. Thanks for checking on me! Ps You are doing so good! I can't wait to get back on track after the baby! Pps Have a great Easter! -

Hi. Thanks for checking up on me. It's been awful, but only in the mornings, so I am thankful for that. I get up and have to throw up at least 3 times, then magically it's all better. lol It's to the point now that I look forward to throwing up becasue then I know I will be better.

OMG!!! Please tell me someone else has watched her new show? I am so mad she is going around lying like that. I don't care what anone says that women has got nerve thinking we believe that at, 5'8, she weighs 230 lbs. She is so big all over (not just one spot). I tought maybe she was like 5'0 and just looked big becasue she was short, but then looked it up and saw she is 5'8. I really really would put her closer to 300 lbs. Am I wrong? Should I even care? LOL I don't know I just think if you are gonna do the show, be honest! Maybe she is that weight and the camera just adds a lot of lbs to her....lol

Don't be scared (even though I was), because honestly it isn't bad at all! One minute you are awake and the next, you are out and it's all done! The healing process is fast and, at worst, a little uncomfortable. The band is amazing! You will love it, it works so fast and you are so satisfied from such small amounts. I love mine! I hope you do it, don't let your nerves gget the best of you. :wub:

OUCH!!! You are so lucky that the drink helped! The other day I took a bite of a bagel (open face and well toasted), but still it got stuck! I waited like 30 seconds and took a sip of water....it was like OLD FAITHFUL! The water, seriously, exploded out of my mouth like someone gave me the haimlick (lol I can't spell that). It was so scary lollol ...yeah no more bagels for me! And I only have one fill!

Oh!! Girl please I feel you on this one! I HATE when people tell my business. I have had a ton of people asking me about the surgury too, when I had no idea how they could have known. Come to find out that one of my cousins (who has been a SUPER HATER) is telling everyone. I know she hopes I fail and I know she is only teliing people to gossip. She told me, why don't you just try to diet...BITCH WHY DON'T YOU! LOL Of course I didn't say that...I'm a nice girl too. Oh and my sister in law, on more then one occasion, has told me that I am a cheater. She was like girl I could lose 45 too if I cheated. LOLLOL So my husband said then sis get a job with insurance or a man with a job and get it done too. That shut her up! LOL I love this website...you never know when you will be able to let go on people and vent. Don't let them bother you, just be glad you don't have to deal with them often. And remember enjoy the haters...it means you are doing something right!!! -

I hate sleeping on my back too!!! After the band I was scared to sleep on my side/ stomach too...then when I could start again....I get pregnant! LOL SO NOW 9 MORE MONTHS ON MY BACK! I'm so mad....oh well...at least you can again lol...can you tell I'm a little bitter.
