Ya gets me too! I think it's the skin on it...I will throw up and throw up and throw up and then finanlly one tiny little piece of clear kernal skin with come up and I will be fine...It's so GROSS...lol no more for me... -
Feeling great...back on track...I had a miscarriage (after not having any clue I was pregnant)...I have my TUBES TIED!!! The doc said it is very rare and that's prob why it didn't go through...I was 10 wks...since then I have lost about 8 lbs I think it was a lot of water weight...now only up about 1.2 lbs which I am happy about! ready to have the scale move in the right direction...

I'm so there! I am sooooo over filled but in order to have a little unfill I have to have my port flipped because it got flipped during my c-section (or at least that is there guess). It sucks because I can't eat anything healthy! I throw up off of MASHED carrots...REALLY! The only fruit I can eat is watermelon or bananas everything else gets stuck....I'm so ready to remove a little fill so that I can eat better choices...I mean I'm not hating the cheese grits but it's not helping me lol

Poor thing! I think everyone says that at first, but in a few weeks you will feel better...I'm not sure about the light headedness...maybe you should call the doc! Just keep drinking the protein and take it ease! Hope you feel better -

Now to get under 170...for the record the smallest I can eer remembering being (in the 7th grade) was 169

Also...and this is key for me...anytime my kids cry or I am stressed the band gets SUPER TIGHT!!! I almost always throw up if I am eating..so now I dont eat in stressful situations or until the kids are being good...lol

I feel so bad...I have had the band almost 1 1/2 and I have learned some stuff...Not sure if it will help but hope it does! This is what has helped me because I was the same way! I am super tight in the morning to the point where I dont eat till like 2 in the afternoon but then I am so hungry and the band is dry i eat and get stuck and barf...SO!!! In the morning now I drink some water or crystal light or non fat milk and then eat some cereall! even if i dont want to i do...and then that helps me to losen up and make me want to eat throughout the day...If you dont eat you wont lose!!! Hope that helped! Take care and keep us updated!

Hello So I had a wonderful idea...I have been going to weight watchers since Jan (and have lost 26lbs) because I started to slack a little and need the motivation and the accountability...On the other hand I have the band and know what I need to do...and Weight Watchers is $13 a wk and we are trying to save to buy a house! So anyways I was thinking that I would weigh in every Thursday and post it on here as a blog just so I know that someone will see it and it will keep me in check! I hope no one minds ....SEE YOU NEXT THURSDAY!!! 1st Thursday weight 176.8

It will get better!!!! It will it will it will! I PROMISE! See me myself I was Christmas shopping at Walmart/ Costco/ and Target the day I came home from the hospital, but I had AWFUL mood swings! It was bad lol my husband told me that it was worse then when I was 9 months pregnant! LOL but once you can eat again and get a fill...you are going to feel a lot better...and once the scale starts moving you are really going to feel good good luck and keep us posted! PS I love mexican girl you will be able to eat nachos and refried beans and taco salads and crispy tacos...I can do anything as long as there is no (unfried) tortilla or rice -
