had to cut out a part about the mobility and so now I'm going to try to recap. Mines getting a lot better. I started out just walking 15min in one direction and than turning around and walking back. Now I can get twice as far in that 15min. It was kind of cool to see results like that.
Are you able to eat solid food? since I have been banded I don't have much for hunger sensations which is really strange. My dr says to use it to my advantage and that its because of where the band sits on my stomach. Never physically hungry, just mentally from time to time
