6 weeks ago i started out and after my second initial weigh in I am down 40lbs w/ the pre-surgery Unjry diet. I still have a way to go due to my BMI being so high and we are looking to make this journey as smooth as it can be. That means i must lose enough weight so that the surgery itself is safe for myself and the doctor. I will be writing more as my journey continues.
