yes i've been at goal for 2 months now....i still work-out just as hard and just as much to maintain...i've been taking in more calories 2 try and maintain....the maintenance phase has been much harder 4 me then losing...

Hey yeh ive joined the gym its been 2 days nd im lovin it i hav so much energy ive also got myself a persnl trainer wich is a great push .. Yeh i do 1hr of cardio and 1hr of weights to tone at the same tym .. Nyways how are you have u reached ure ultimate goal yet? X s x

for the first 9 months after surgery i strictly power walked and eventually started jogging...in my 10th month i joined the gym..most of my exercise has been cardio...i had a tummy tuck in august to remove the extra skin from my tummy...i use the rotating stairs at the gym and my legs r pretty muscular except for the top inner portion of my thighs...my arms didnt turn out too bad...so they r last on my list...my exercise routine is pretty hard-core...but keep in mind i wasn't able to do this type of exercise immediately...i built myself up...i wasnt able to jog until i hit 180 pounds...

Heyy.. My starting weight was at 262lbs and 6 weeks on im currently at 240lb.. Im loving my band.. Atm i have so much energy n have joined the gym im really happy ive had it done x

Heyy its good to know ive got ure support.. Yeh i didnt want to regret years on why didnt i get the band done earlier.. I actually have no restriction at the moment i havent really had any ever since ive had the band put in so lookin forward to my 1st fill which is next week tuesday.. Iv also joined the gym and start on sat i was just wondering if you could give me some advice on what you're work out routine is like thanks alot x
