I was wondering if there is any support groups in the Fort Walton area?

WOW! This is such a great challenge! I am in! I am a little behind so I will have to make up for it tomorrow.

The seats are bigger than 17-18 inches. Just think a Barbie doll is 12 inches long, so no one would be able to fit in a seat. Don't get an exit seat... Those seats are so hard, uncomfortable and i always freeze. the night before, i don't sleep that way I can on the plane. If your tummy feels tight, ask the attendant for hot tea. I fly every week, this is what helps me. You will be fine.

Sorry you had complications, but it is the best decision i ever made. You can talk bad about it all you want to, it is your opinion and your right. I have lost 125 lbs, and i don't have one complaint about it. That is my opinion.

It is weird how people are effected different ways. Airports are my 2nd home. I am on a plane every other week, sometimes twice with my job. My band feels like it is tight when I'm on the plane. Once I'm off the plane I'm ok. I just drink hot teA. I have talked to my Dr and he said it was ok. As long as the tea goes down and when i am able to eat nothing gets stick i am ok. Like i said weird how everyone is affected differently.

I was banded 2 years ago today. 125 pounds later, still the best decision i ever made!

Do you have an Avenue near you? They sale wide calf boots and they are very cute. I am able to wear tall boots now. I bought a pair of thigh high boots and almost cried when i was able to zip them all the way!

When i had the surgery i was in a tight 22/24. All my clothes had to be bought at Torrid, lane bryant and avenue. Now i wear a very baggy 12. So i am starting to try on 10s. I have went from 3x to a medium! A great feeling is walking into one of those stores and asking for a 12 and they look at me crazy ( well kinda with a dirty look and attitude) and say we don't sale that size here! Btw... I am 5'4.

My shoe size also went from 9 to 8. I have become a shoe aholic! I am able to wear cute and sexy heels now. Before i would have them on for 5 minutes and be ready to take them off. Now i can wear them with no problems. I started out wearing an inch heel and then working my way up. Now I'm in 4 inch heels and starting to wear the platforms.

Thank you very much. I had it done 10/28/10. I started seeing results within weeks. It was the best thing i have ever done.

These are pictures of when i weighed 284, I am now at 164... I went to lose 15 to 20 more totally.
