Sitting here on a Sunday evening and feeling very depressed. Never in a million years would I tell my emotions on-line to complete strangers about myself. There comes a time in life where you reach rock bottom. My time came at 42 years old, and weighing in at 294. I decided this past weekend it was now or never to do the lap band surgery. I am just in the beginning stages, long road ahead of me. Am I scared, yes very much. I am scared of failure...and I have not even started, lol....HELP:-)
