I am also in the same boat! I have been banded for 6 years and lost 112 lbs and regained 66. I went to Weight Watchers and lost 40 but the last 6 months I have not been doing well and gained back 13lbs!!! I need to get back on track. Started exercising and drinking my water and eating my protein and tracking my food. Lost 2.5 lbs this week but I still feel off balance need motivation! Help!
