I am not a breakfast eater so I have a shake. On the wkends I will make omelets-take get a large pot of water bring it boil..in the meantime write each persons name on a qt size baggie..put 2 eggs in each baggie & shake it up..then add every ingred you want..cheese, onions, tomatoes, gr peppers and so forth..shake up the baggie..let out the air & seal. As long as the water is at a rapid boil put each baggie in for 13 minutes (13 minutes only). Take it out & you have a wonderful omelet & the kitchen is all cleaned up while it is boiling.

Sylvia I know how hard it can be to fit in "life" and good choices! I know one meal that fits well for my family is found in the frozen food section. It is made by Barbar Foods. Our favorite is the Chicken Cord on Blue. I buy them at Sams Club due to my family has 6 people in it. At Sams you buy 6 at a time, at the reg stores I believe there is 2 in a box. It takes 30 min in the oven. I have taken these to many food tastes and others have went out and bought more. I have this with mashed potatoes and gr beans. My family could eat this several times a wk.
