I have always wented up and down the scales all of my life but never to the extreme I am at now.  Three years ago I finally became pregnant, which I was told would never happen due to other problems.  I was put on bedrest two months into the pregnancy.  Three weeks after having my son I had a stroke which I almost lost my life.  I have fully recovered from the stroke.  During the last couple of years not only has the medications I have had to take played factors in my weight gains but I have also allowed myself to just eat whatever whenever and how much I wanted..knowing it wasn't appropriate.  Looking at my son and thinking I have to take control.  I have fougt my insurance for the last 18 months and have lost the final appeal.  So it is time for me to take control of my situation and here I go....
