I have to stop smoking 90 days before my doc. will start testing for the process. It has been the hardest thing I've had to do in my life. Still trying to win the battle.:thumbup:

I am just starting for the secomd time I have struggled with smoking Im going to my second apt Dec1st and I still have not kicked the habit. I am so disappointed. (good luck on ur date)
