wow you look so great sur. name mindy ive have lost 70 pounds and am down to 399. but i get up set with my self cause i want more off. and iknow doing great cause that what my doc says. i ve just been in not good mood any more. i hope hear from ya soon. congrats. hope hearfromya and hope we can be friends,.

Hey Tony I watched you You Tube video. That is a great idea. Thanks for sharing all the great information. I think I will follow your lead and do the same. You are right their are a lot of men out there that are curious about getting a lap band and I want to help increase awareness.

Follow your doctors instructions and remember the band is only a tool. You must follow the rules:

1. Eat right

2. workout (daily)

3. supplements

4. water

5. Rest
