Hello Linda! I eat around 900 calories a day. Usually egg whites and some other protein in the morning, turkey sandwich on light bread for lunch and usually chicken in some form for dinner. I work out 3-5 times a week doing cardio and some light resistance training. I also take the stairs everytime now! Please keep in contact and let me know if you have anymore questions. You should be proud of what you have achieved because you are already healthier. Take care!
