I have to have 3 instant carnation no surger added and two meals from Healthy Choice or similar that has 17g of protein and no more than 300 calories. I understand about testing your own limits and challenging yourself. I have felt the same way until this evening. I haven't had a pop in I can't even remember and I know its prob been a month since Ive had pizza because of my own self been watching what I eat. Apart of me says go ahead and get once piece because things will change in less than 10days so go ahead and have a piece and then the other part of me says no you can do it don't fall to it. So tonights been harder. So when is date exactly?
