This is the first time I'm actually doing something for myself. I've put myself and my health on the back burner for so long, next thing I know I'm almost 300 pounds and trapped inside my own body. Exhausted from trying EVERYTHING under the sun I knew I needed surgery. I've alway made excuses that I'm Fat but Healthy. Never had high blood pressure, I carried my weight well, and besides having extra weight I was concidered healthy. Once I found out I had high blood pressure, that was it. My hips and knees are starting to weaken and I know that I won't be around much longer living like this. I deserve to be at my goal weight and not having to make excuses for myself. I deserve to be happy. Now I'm starting my journey and can't wait until my surgery day. That'll be the begining of my new life.
