hi bandedgirl, i see you are in phoenix...what dr did you use?? that is another issue! i have seen 2 so far and idk what to expect but neither was all that outstanding?? boo hoo so as for the comorbidities... High blood pressure, diabetes, PCOS, high cholesterol; my cholesterol i just found out is i guess high (not sure what hi is) but besides that i suppose i am a healthy fat girl!!! waaaaaaaa thanks for your reply! hugs..

i am 5'3 ish (give or take 1 inch either way) and weigh 210 as of today!! my husband's insurance kicks in jan 2010 and it covers wls! (yay) my bmi is around 36/37 now so to have it at 40 i will have to be 220-225! (ugh) so i suppose i have to pack on at least 10 more lbs...this is the most i have weighed EVER..and i gave birth to twins and weighed less...waaaaa does anyone have cigna greatwest and know how they work?? like 6 mo diet? thanks for any advice!
